Terms and Conditions for Custom Design Service

• Client-Specified Designs: A meeting will be scheduled to review your specifications, which will be outlined in a written agreement.
• Designer’s Choice Designs:
  • By choosing this option, you authorize Lizanne B to finalize all design details, including color, finishes, hardware, and style.
  • Key elements will be documented in the contract.
  • Notify us of any desired changes before work begins.

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable, securing the project’s start.
• Refunds for cancellations are at Lizanne B’s discretion.

• Submitting your deposit signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

• The remaining balance must be paid before pickup.
• Furniture must be collected within two weeks of project completion unless agreed otherwise.
• A $10/day storage fee applies after two weeks.
• Items left unclaimed for 30 days may be sold, donated, or disposed of, forfeiting the deposit.

• Contact information for local 3rd party delivery services is available upon request.
• Local delivery may be available for some items starting at $25.00, with fees based on distance and item(s) delivered:
  • 5–15 miles: $50.00 additional distance fee.
  • 15–25 miles: $75.00 additional distance fee.
  • Additional fees may apply for distances over 25 miles.

• A timeline will be provided in the contract, with updates communicated as needed.
• Drying and curing times may be affected by weather conditions, which will be promptly communicated.

• Each piece reflects the craftsmanship of hand-painted or stained work. Variations like brush strokes and slight color differences are intentional and enhance its unique, artistic character.

• All sales are final, and custom pieces are non-refundable.
• Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you have concerns, contact us to discuss resolutions.

• If unforeseen work arises or damage is discovered during the project, you will be notified immediately, especially if additional costs apply.
• Post-delivery concerns should be reported within 48 hours.

• Lizanne B may use photos or videos of completed projects for promotional purposes.
• Customer-identifiable information will not be shared without consent.
